In July 2020 ACAN announced its first Summer Youth Writing Contest (SYWC). It has finally come to a close. We received overwhelming responses. The many entries show amazing talents. It was very difficult to choose the winners. After much considerations we finally decided on a list of winners. Details please see SYWC Winners. ACAN proudly announced that 34 applicants have been approved to receive the President’s Volunteering Service Award for the 2019-2020 school year (September 1st, 2019- August 31, 2020). It’s our delight to see so many of our youth are doing wonderful works to serve our community (not just the Asian community, but the community in general)….
