AUSTIN, TEXAS – The Austin Chinese-American Network (ACAN) is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded a prestigious Thrive Grant from the City of Austin Cultural Arts division (https://www.austintexas.gov/thrive). The $85,000 grant per year for two years aims to support diverse cultural and arts communities in Austin, enhancing the city’s image as a welcoming, inclusive, and diverse tourist destination.
After 3 years of interruptions, Austin Chinese Culture Festival (ACCF) finally returns to the Lunar New Year season to celebrate the arrival of the Year of Rabbit.
